The items are thoroughly checked before we mail them out, if there were any problems with the item, such as ant bites/smokers' breath/dog drool, we would have highlighted to you in advance :).
Making all our customers smile is our main priority so if you are unhappy with a purchase, do email us at "ohsistashop@gmail.com" so we can make sure you won't be sending us future hate mails.
Delivery
All of our shipping and delivery is handled by SINGPOST.
Local Postage
Please note that postage charges are inclusive of packaging cost as well.
Normal local postage charges are as follows :
- Apparel: S$1.50 (light), $2 (heavy)
- Bags: S$3.00
*Please add an additional $0.50 for every additional item
We will not be liable for any lost packages sent via normal post.
We strongly urge all buyers to opt for registered mail as it allows you to track your package’s status via the Singpost website. If you would like to have your item delivered via registered postage, please add S$2.25 on top of the total amount tabulated. You can track your items via the Registered Article Status on the Singpost website.
All parcels should reach you within 1 - 2 weeks after payment has been received. We apologize if you fail to receive your parcel in time from your friendly neighbourhood Mr Postman. In this case, you may wish to reach us at "ohsistashop@gmail.com" to check on the status of your parcel.
