Making Payment
After submitting your Order Form, do look out in your Inbox for a invoice slip from us. Hopefully, our fingers will do a fast enough job to reply to you in 24 hrs! Contact us at ohsistashop@gmail.com if you have failed to receive the invoice and remember to check your junk mail before that!
Payment is to be made to within the given time frame of 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled.
Local Buyers
We accept I–Banking (highly recommended), ATM Transfers and Paypal. If you are making payment via ATM Transfer, kindly note that we would require a scanned/photographed copy of your transaction receipt for our verification. As for payments via Paypal, an additional cost of S$5.00 will be added on top of your total charges.
Overseas Buyers
Currently, we only accept Paypal for International orders. Buyers will be charged an additional S$5.00 on top of their total charges.
Overseas Postage
For overseas postage, please us the Singpost Calculator to calculate your total shipping cost.
Do take note that we are not responsible for any packages lost via normal postage. As always, we strongly encourage all our buyers to ship via Registered Mail as it allows you to track your parcels via the Registered Article Status on the Singpost website. We will provide you with the RA number for your tracking purposes.
